MOUNT FAILURE & CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AZPMA shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from or relating to the failure, fracture, breakage, deformation, separation, detachment, or displacement of the mounting system.

This exclusion expressly includes, without limitation, any damage to the police motorcycle, LIDAR unit, mounting hardware, electrical components, bodywork, accessories, or any other equipment or property resulting from a mount failure, regardless of whether such damage occurs during operation, installation, transportation, loading, unloading, storage, or handling of the motorcycle.

The purchaser, installer, and end user are solely responsible for ensuring that the mounting system is properly installed, securely fastened, routinely inspected, and maintained in accordance with its intended application and installation requirements. The mounting system should be inspected periodically for signs of loosening, fatigue, cracking, deformation, or other conditions that could compromise its structural integrity.

AZPMA’s responsibility for a product determined to contain a covered manufacturing or workmanship defect shall be limited to the remedies expressly provided under the applicable Limited Product Warranty. AZPMA shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or collateral damage arising from the use or failure of the mounting system, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

By purchasing, installing, or using the product, the purchaser acknowledges that motorcycle operation and the installation of aftermarket equipment involve inherent risks and assumes responsibility for proper installation, inspection, and use of the mounting system.
